Found rubber tubing chewed off where it ends at side stand ,crushed up some hot peppers and rubbed onto tube ends, that should teach the little bastards a lesson

Damn! Hope that will dissuade them in the future but if they like the taste of rubber...? I have out sticky traps all around the bike. Decon, too. Hate to use poison but if wildlife starts taking over my stuff, I do what I gotta do.

maybe use that stuff ppl put on their fingernails to stop chewing them. I've never had this problem, but i'm sure there's all kinds of squirrel remedies somewhere on the net. And if that don't work, there's always a $40 daisy 880 at walart.

Hot peppers thru a blender with a bit of dish detergent works to stop them digging in my pepper plants, probably picked on my bike out of spite,ghost peppers Carolina reaper 2 million scovlle, make sure you remember to wash hands after handling wash twice if you have to pee

Yeah that's what I was thinking, sprinkling it around your bike. It gets on their fur, they lick themselves to clean, they get super heated mouth and learn not to go there. That's one theory I've read, not sure how well it works in reality.

Out door cat. Problem solved.You may even get the satisfaction of the little bastard showing up dead on you steps.

I have 2 out door cats there great they crap out side and if I forget to feed them they don't care. And I have zero vermin in my yard and 5 he neighbors yards have less everyday.

Squirrels are nothing more than rats with a better PR dept.
